At Taff-Ely Foodbank, we believe that no one in our community should have to face hunger. We provide emergency food and practical support to people across Taff-Ely who are experiencing financial hardship or crisis.
Alongside supplying nutritionally balanced food parcels, Taff-Ely Foodbank also work with local partners, referral agencies, churches, businesses, and volunteers to help people access wider support and build long-term resilience, as part of the wider Trussell network.
With several local organisations involved including: Age Connects Morgannwg, Platfform, Interlink RCT, Citizens Advice RCT, The Community Sharing Project, and many others, we were delighted to be included and look forward to the next event.
On April 18th Taff-Ely Foodbank held their first Advice and Information Day at Tonyrefail Leisure Centre, offering their service users and the wider community the chance to speak with local organisations offering a range of support around debt, budgeting, housing, health, and wellbeing .
