Walking Therapy
Short or Long-Term: Can be shorter term, to address immediate concerns, or sessions can provide ongoing support.
Your pace: We walk at a pace that feels comfortable for you — this is not exercise‑based therapy.
Walk & Talk: Each walk takes roughly 50–65 minutes, avoids busy public areas, and offers the kind of calm, semi‑secluded environment that supports reflective therapeutic work.
Ideal for those who: feel more comfortable talking while moving, find traditional therapy rooms overwhelming or intense, enjoy nature or open spaces.
Available: In person only.
We provide a range of Talks and Workshops for organisations, charities, and community groups.
These sessions focus on improving emotional intelligence, psychological literacy, wellbeing culture, and mental health awareness by delivering services that combine lived, professional, & academic experience.
Beautiful, biodegradable fidget tools that support every kind of mind - offering calm, focus, and sensory comfort in every spin, click, and touch. Great for grounding techniques & emotional regulation.
