A community for professionals who are changing the way Wales thinks, talks, and acts around wellbeing
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Network is a new, purpose-driven community designed exclusively for those at the forefront of mental health and wellbeing in Wales. People who share similar values, challenges, and missions, to help, support and watch others thrive.
The network was launched in June 2025 from St. David’s Hotel, Cardiff Bay, where 6 in person meetings are regularly held each year. Silence Speaks became a founding member at this first meeting, and followed the Network’s lead Dawn Evans all the way to Stormont Hotel, Belfast, in November 2025 as the Network grew to include N.Ireland.
So far in 2026 The Mental Health and Wellbeing Network has grown to include England, with hubs also now popping up across Wales in places including: Torfaen, Swansea, Llanelli and Llandudno. We are excited to be part of the MHWN and look forward to seeing where the Network pops up next.
