A professional networking and knowledge-sharing organisation based in Bridgend, Wales, hosted at the Cae Court Hotel
Cae Court Business Club provides a dedicated space for local entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals to connect, learn, and grow through organized events and knowledge-sharing sessions. The group meet monthly at Cae Court Hotel, a restored Grade II listed building.
Steven attended Cae Court Business Club in January, to discuss a known psychological pattern that is no stranger to sole traders, entrepreneurs, and business startups alike, Imposter Syndrome. The aim of the talk was to get attendee’s to embrace their imposter, rather than trying to silence it, or shut it away, which can often make the syndrome that comes with the Imposter complex to manage, allowing anxiousness to take over.
